  • 2 pkts Cintan Assam Laksa Instant Noodles
  • 2 tbsps cooking oil
  • ½ big onion (sliced)
  • 1 red chilli (sliced)
  • 3 bird’s eye chilli (sliced)
  • 2-3 tbsps water
  • 200g Yeo’s Sardines in Tomato Sauce meat (drained & deboned )
Garnishing
  • ½ wild ginger buds ‘BungaKantan’ (thinly sliced)
  • 1 red chilli (thinly sliced)
  • a large handful of mint leaves
  • kasturi lime juice to serve

  • Cintan 亚三叻沙快熟面 2 包
  • 食油 2汤匙
  • 大葱 ½ 粒(切片)
  • 红辣椒 1 条(切片)
  • 指天椒 3 条(切片)
  • 清水 2-3 汤匙、
  • Yeo’s 茄酱沙丁鱼 200 克(取鱼去骨)
装饰
  • 叻沙花 ½ 朵(切丝)、红辣椒 1 条(切片)、薄荷叶 1 撮、桔子汁适量
  1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Cook Cintan Assam Laksa Instant Noodles until al dente anddrain well.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and the big onions until lightly browned, add the chillies and Yeo’s Sardines in Tomato Sauce meat, for a few seconds before adding Assam Laksa’s seasonings from the sachet. Then add 2-3 tbsps water and stir well.
  3. Add the drained Cintan Assam Laksa noodles and stir-fry gently.
  4. Turn off heat and add the garnishing. Serve immediately.
  1. 煮滚水把 Cintan 亚三叻沙快熟面烫熟,沥干水备用。
  2. 起锅热油,把大葱炒至微黄后加入辣椒和Yeo’s 茄酱沙丁鱼肉,炒一会后加入Cintan 亚三叻沙快熟面的调味料,再加入 2-3 汤匙清水炒均。
  3. 加入Cintan 亚三叻沙快熟面面条,轻炒均匀。
  4. 熄火,加入装饰料即可上桌。
