  • 2 pcs Cintan Non Fried Noodles,
  • 1 pc Cintan Non Fried Broad Noodles,
  • 1 roasted duck drumstick (deboned and shredded),
  • 50g carrot (shredded),
  • 70g cabbage leaves (finely shredded),
  • 50g unripe mango (finely shredded),
  • 4 pickled leek (Kew Tau, finely shredded),
  • 3 each green and black olives (sliced)
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Yeo’s Light Soya Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Yeo’s Dark Soya Sauce
  • 2 ½ tbsps Yeo’s Spicy SoyaBean Paste
  • 2 tbsps chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp sour plum sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 ½ tbsps sugar or to taste
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 100ml water
Garnishing
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds,
  • 2 tbsps coarsely ground roasted peanuts,
  • 1 pc candied mandarin orange (finely diced)

  • Cintan风干面 2 块
  • Cintan风干宽面 1 块
  • 烧鸭腿 1 个(取肉拔丝)
  • 红萝卜 50 克(切丝)
  • 包菜叶 70 克(切丝)
  • 生芒果肉50克(切丝)
  • 乔头4粒(切丝)
  • 青和黑橄榄各3粒(切片)
酱汁
  • Yeo’s 生抽 1 汤匙
  • Yeo’s 晒油 ¼茶匙
  • Yeo’s 香辣豆酱 2 ½ 汤匙
  • 蒜茸辣椒酱 2 汤匙
  • 酸梅酱 1 汤匙
  • 胡椒粉 ½ 茶匙
  • 白糖 2 ½ 汤匙或适量
  • 麻油2 汤匙
  • 清水 100 毫升
装饰
  • 烤芝麻 1 汤匙、烤花生碎 2 汤匙、桔饼 1 块。(切丁)
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small non-stick saucepan. Cooking at a low simmering boil until gravy is slightly reduced. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add a few drops of sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Cook Cintan NonFried Noodles until al dente. Dish out and add 1 tablespoon sesame oil to mix.
  3. Add Cintan Non Fried Broad Noodles into the same boiling water. Cook until soft and drain.
  4. Snip the prepared Cintan Non Fried Broad Noodles to 3- 4 cm lengths then deep fry in hot oil until crispy. Dish out and set aside.
  5. Decorate all the Lou Sang ingredients attractively in a serving platter with the prepared Cintan Non Fried Noodles on the base of the plate.
  6. Top up with the fried crispy Cintan Non Fried Broad Noodles and sprinkle over with garnishing ingredients.
  7. To serve, drizzle the prepared sauce over the Lou Sang, toss with your family while shouting blessings of good fortune and prosperity to everyone around.
  1. 把所有酱汁材料混合在不黏锅里,小火煮滚至稍微浓稠,然后让它冷却。
  2. 煮滚清水,加入少许麻油和盐,把Cintan风干面川烫至刚熟,沥干后拌入1汤匙麻油。
  3. 用同一锅水把Cintan风干宽面川烫至熟软,沥干。
  4. Cintan风干宽面剪短(约3-4公分),炸至香脆,沥干油备用。
  5. 把烫熟 Cintan风干面铺碟,然后把捞生材料逐样排列美观
  6. 顶层放炸Cintan风干宽面,再撒上装饰料。
  7. 然后把酱汁淋上,便可与全家人一起欢喜捞生。
